One and half an hour and then the work out will begin. We have cheerleading four times a week and I bet it's going to increase, 'cause of the fact that we will compete in the ICU-qualification in October. Well let's see if I even have a place in the competeting team this year; it's not that much about skills, the most is about attitude. And I have got so much other things that has to be done as well. So so, only time will show. But it would be great to compete in the ICU-Q =)

I've been home alone this weekend. Anyone surprised? No. I really love the silence when my family is gone, and that I can do everything as I want to, when I want to and how I want to. Freedom. Now I'm gonna make myself some food. C ya!

We should really care about our earth.
I don't understand people who thinks that this is not their business, 'cause in facts, it's everyones. That's why WWF is so amazing. The 28:th March (it's a Saturday) at 20.30-21.30 millions of people all over the world will turn the lights of for a manifestation for the climate. This day is called Earth Hour.


This is really easy, you just have to turn the lights off for a hours. Through this action you send a sign to the worlds power-people that they in FN's climatemeeting in Köpenhamn in december will dare to decide about the decisions we need for a future on the earth.

Today I've been on a few icehockey games. Well, mostly because they were my littlebrothers last home games. The first was a tie and the other one they won.

You know what? If I wouldn't be a cheerleader I would probably play icehockey, I really enjoy playing and alos watching it. I mean I'd rather go to a game if I have nothing to do, than sit in front of the computer. And if there's nothing interesting on TV and there's a game going on I can watch that game and enjoy it.

I also think that it's embarrasing for Finnish men who doesn't know anything about icehockey, 'casue icehockey is such a big sport in Finland. I would be embarrased if I wouldn't know anything or wouldn't care or wouldn't enjoy it!

Butbut.. We also had cheerleading practises today, and they didn't go well for me at least. I was so tired and I didn't really want to do anything, but that's life I guess.

This day is usually full of luck and unluck. I've bought a lot of new basic clothes today, and I have fell and watched the blood run down my knee. I have borrowed a guitar so that I can practise playing for the test we have in two weeks. I have been to Vasa Arena and watched a sport, that I would call the biggest thing of culture we have got in Finland. It's not music, it's not art, it's not movies or theatre. IT'S ICE-HOCKEY! Forget about high education and schoolshootings. This is the land of ice-hockey.

Yay, I just finished the book New Moon! And I'm so happy, 'cause it means that I can start reading Eclipse ( in Swedish ). And when I've read Eclipse I'll read Breaking Dawn ( and I'll read that too in Swedish ).

Today we got cheerleading practises, and they went really good actually! And hey, I made a new record, 300 situps :D I was pretty happy about it but next time I'll beat it, shall we say that I should do 350 or 400? Well, at least more than 300.

Oh My God, tomorrow's Friday 13th! Hope that I'll survive tomorrow without any problems, 'cause I usually collect pretty much problems and other bad stuff when it's Friday 13th. But now I'm tired and I'll go asleep, Goodnight!

Cheerleading at seven thirty o' clock tonight, that will be fun! We are going out for jogging, we like that. It's yet snow out there, we don't like that. Altough, I guess it won't be as hard to run as last week, when the temperature was something about two plus degrees celsius, and the snow was melting. Now it's colder again, that will ease the whole thing. I have not anything special to tell you today, so here we go with an awesome song by Soulja Boy, it's called Kiss me thru the phone.

I'm aching soo bad! Seriously, I can't remember when I had ache because of the cheerleading practises last time! Today is the only weekday that's a day off. No training today, this should be a recovering day. Friday and Saturday is the two other days that are days off. I couldn't. I had to get out, so I called my cousin slash soulmate Kitty and asked her out for a little bit of jogging. We were out for one and half an hour! Now I feel good :) Or I feel like I am going to faint.. Gosh!


I thought I would get to the Little Paradise, a hairdresser in a place called Solf, on Tuesday next week, but I called the owner today and asked which time it was, and she told me it was on the second of April. Noooo.. I have been waiting for this in something about seven weeks.. And now I have to wait two extra weeks. That sucks. I'm going to colour my dark hair to light brown, wonder if that will suit me? I know that I'm anyway earlier or later going to go back to basics; dark brown.

Are you an experimenter? Do you have for example blond hair and then colour it brown? And then orange, red, black, but always blond again in the end? Are you stuck on a specific colour? Which one?

Do you know what cheerleading is? If not, I'll tell you a few things at least.
In cheerleading you throw people in the air, cheer on usually a american fotball team but you can also just have a cheer-team for fun, you tumble, you dance and you make pyramids.

There's a lot of different sunts but basket tosses, liberties, extensions. I'll show you a few youtube videos.

Well okay, maybe it's time for me to introduce my self. As you know there's janie and me, Emma/emsie. I'm a fifteen years old teenager who lives in Vasa Finland. My life isn't anything biggie it's pretty normal. And you find my own blog in Swedish on www.emmsie.webblogg.se . I speak Finnish, Swedish, English and a liiiittle bit German.

I practise cheerleading and I love it! I really don't know what I would do without it. I've been a cheerleader for over 2 and a half year now. I'm in a team called Platinum, it's really great.

I love music, I really don't know what I would do without it either. I listen to almost every kind of music but I mostly listen to pop? I listen mostly on Miley Cyrus, Jonas Brothers, Aly & Aj, Taylor Swift and sometimes on Ashley Tisdale. But I also listen to other kind of music, like Iron Maiden.

I really love photographing and fashion. I don't think there is any wrong or right style. " It's not about what you wear, it's how you wear it "

Well well! This is my and Emma's brandnew project. This blog, EXPRESSO, is ours in common. Everything will be in English, this is an international blog and we'll write about everything that's on our minds. This means that you'll be able to follow cheerleadingstuff, what's new in the musicworld, fashion and streetstyle, hot and not and so on. Let's introduce myself!  My name is Janie and I live in a small town called Vasa, it's in Finland. My own blog is called www.yae.blogg.se, but it's on Swedish, so you've gotta understand my mother tongue to read it. I am in what they in America call Senior High, here in Finland it's gymnasium. This summer I'm turning 17, wohoo! I like!  I am a cheerleader and I have a lot of friends.

Love is the most beautiful and terrible thing on this earth. I hate love. I love love. You see? I write my own music and I love reading. I love to draw and I looooove writing. I'd like to become a journalist, but out there there is plenty of them. Maybe I should become a bookwriter instead? I don't know what I want to do, but that's not todays problem. After finishing gymnasium in 2011 I am planning to move down to Stockholm, Sweden with some of my best friends, Lill & Kitty & Fanny.

I would not survive without music, my very favourites is The Kooks, The Script, Tokio Hotel and Lars Winnerbäck. Flo Rida and Lady Gaga makes excellent partymusic, party is fun as long as it isn't life. I have a "normal" family; a dad, mum, dog and a brother. He's just one year younger than me so we usually spend the days fighting.

I am speaking English, Swedish, Finnish and a bit German as well! I am really into languages, I love communication and sociability. Friends is something of the most beautiful life can give you, right? :) If there is something you wonder, just ask, I'll be glad to answer anything you come up with!
